Backless dress

Any thoughts on whether this dress is too revealing or not? I bought it for a summer vacation but with a cardigan or jacket thought it could be suitable for even dinner out?

I do feel a bit exposed as I'm rather conservative in the way I dress, but wanted to try something new for a holiday we have planned.

Keep or take back?

That dress is gorgeous.
It's the type of dress that I would maybe bhave been brave enough to wear on holiday and if I were 20 years younger!

I imagine it would show a bit of side boob?
So the old girls would have to still be perky.
Sadly another thing that's now long gone!

Don’t ruin it with a cardigan or a jacket! The back is stunning. If you are saying that you’re fairly aerodynamic up front then the dress will look great. No, you are not too old.

As long as you are slim and don't need a bra, it's fine. Don't move around too much though!

@Iamthewombat I have very small boobs. But with my dc around, I feel I need to wear a jumper or jacket over it? Am I too old fashioned?

It think you'd have to be fairly small up top to pull it off but I'm no fashion expert!

You are only in your thirties. You can feel too old for lovely dresses when you are 70, if you like, but not yet.

It’s not slutty, just sexy in a chic way. I am ‘streamlined’ in the upper body too, and I like wearing things like your dress. I am 49.

I think it's lovely! I like backless things but have never worn them just because I dunno what to do about underwear. I accidentally bought a backless dress awhile ago - didn't realise it was backless til I got it home and I don't feel I could go braless. Are you planning to go braless with this dress?
