Aspinal Regent Tote or Mulberry Bayswater Tote

Has anyone got either of these two bags? I've got a promotion and want to treat myself to a new bag, it'll be used for work. I'm torn between wanting a Mulberry, to the more practical zipped Aspinal - which I know are good quality as I have a smaller Aspinal bag already. Will I cherish the Mulberry as a 'forever bag' or not sleep at night with the price?

I do think people turn to Mulberry because they can see them fairly easily. However with so many wonderful brands it’s a very boring choice. They are everywhere. Other high class bags are available. Matches and other on line retailers stock classy brands. So many full priced Mulberry bags are over £1000. Getting a less ubiquitous brand at a discount is far more fun. Or buy a cheaper bag and have a piece of jewellery. De Mellier, APC and Cochinelle plus Longchamp are good bags for less.

The Aspinal bag is nicer.

Thanks for opinions, and additional suggestions, I shall look at those too. The Mulberry is £695, the Aspinal is £350, I meant to say that in OP. It's one of the more affordable Mulberry's at that price range, and funnily enough it came on my radar on MN
