What to wear for my wedding!!!

Well, DP and I have decided to get hitched. It’s very lovely and makes me very happy. However I have no idea what to wear!! I’m going to be 50, am size 10 with huge norks. I don’t wear heels. I’m sort of thinking tea length, A line rather than huge skirt, boat style neckline. Ideally pockets. Not necessarily white or Ivory, maybe something I could wear again. Does such a dress exist? Am I being too prescriptive and do you have any good alternative suggestions for a large boobed older bride? Thank you!!

I don't see why you can't wear the grandest floor length ivory silk. It's your wedding. (Usually I'd say wear what you want - but it sounds as if you're going for a timid option because you think you're too old to deserve wild extravagance.)

If I was getting married and couldn't find a Westwood I liked/could afford, I'd maybe be tempted by something from here

I went for the Vivienne Westwood Ginnie dress, shorter length, in white although they do lots of colours/prints/finishes. I really love the gold velvet and if we weren't getting married in the Summer I would have gone for that.

Have a look on bravissimos website, they are literally the only company that does dresses for the larger chested lady who is still slim. No idea if they have a suitable dress but I have many summer dresses from them and have an ivory knee length one on order currently
