I have horrendously dry elbows - one of them has a big lump of dry skin on it that I cannot get rid of.
Am I crazy in thinking I can use a foot peel on my elbows and wait for the grand unpeeling?
I don’t know what else to do before the weather warms and I have to show my scaly elbows to the world
