Told lots of hair but very fine. Help me grow it

Hi all

I need a bit of help as don't know where to start

I have very fine, dead straight hair. I get told by every hairdresser I have lots but it's very thin.

I am desperately trying to grow it so I can wear it loosely curled to give some volume as it hangs straight, centre parting and just looks so plain.

It doesn't grow. It breaks even with lockdown meaning I no longer using heat on it much now.

I'm looking for a really good volumising shampoo and conditioner and maybe one off treatments I can do at home to improve the condition and help it grow.

Obviously lockdown hasn't helped as I can't have it trimmed regularly.

Any suggestions??
