Cream to lighten liver spots

I am developing liver spots on my hands as I get older. Can anyone recommend a gentle cream that might lighten them please?

I had great results on mine with me+ traneximic acid booster from superdrug, its a serum type thing i keep by the sofa and rub in a couple of times a day. Its £8.99 but often on offer.
