Interview outfit

I’d be really grateful for your help finding an interview outfit.
The job I’ve applied for is a promotion within hospital nursing. There will be a large panel with senior colleagues.
I am 5ft 7, size 8. I’d like an outfit which doesn’t feel restrictive.

What kind of things do you feel comfortable in? Trousers, dresses?

I'm assuming that hospital dress code is less formal than say finance, so how about some navy trousers with a Boden top with some colour?
