Sneaker socks and socks in general

I know I could learn to darn but...no. So, I need decent quality, soft socks, with no seams that will offend my sensory issues. I walk a lot-40 miles a week or thereabouts and need the socks to be hard wearing. Am I asking for the impossible? All my socks wear out on the heels very quickly. I love the M&S super soft ones but they twist round on my feet and the heels end up shredded.

I also need some no show sneaker socks to wear with supergras with the same specifications that don't sneak down and end up under my foot.

Can anyone recommend any please?

Some thing like these? www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08VD3RT3D/ref=twister_B08VDBW5NV?tag=mumsnetforu03-21

Those look just the job, thank you. Would the ankle cushion bit show though? I have skinny ankles and all new shoes rub my ankles raw until I've worn them in. They the shoes go through on the heels 😩

On sneaker socks I put some no sock slip glue on the inside of the heel. Just gives them a bit of sticking power.
Might be solution for you?

My thread asking about trainer socks .

I have some Adidas trainer socks, which I like a lot. I also have some M&S no show socks, which I HATE.

Bridgedale used to do great socks for hiking.

I now only buy sports socks as find they're much better quality and so much more comfortable. Tbh, I think Decathlon are great for everyday socks - the trainer socks don't slip at all.
