Hi, wondering if anyone who’s good at skin care can advise me. The pores on my face have always been really obvious and it’s annoying me! Are there any good and not crazily expensive products , or skin care routines that would help? Thanks!

I recently read something that said it’s a myth that you can actually change the size of your pores but you can definitely disguise them.

Benefit pore professional is amazing, makes my wrinkles and pores vanish instantly. I didn’t want to splash out for the full size without testing it first so I bought a sample size off ebay

Hydration is key I find.
Increase water intake and get a good exfoliating wash and moisturiser.
Works great for fine lines too

You can’t shrink pores. Genetics isn’t it?.

You could try a cleanser with salicylic acid. The Ordinary niacinamide and zinc serum is good for oily skin types. The Body Shop also have a tea tree range that can help minimise the appearance of pores. Before makeup you could use a skin blurring/mattifying primer that also might help reduce the appearance of pores.

Thank you - yep probably annoying genetics. I will try the benefit - thanks for the recommendation. Will also have a look at your ideas, jenesaisqu0i, thanks.
