What’s the best body cream you have used which transformed your skin?

Garnier hydralock with urea. Used it at a friends house, skin was so smooth, looked younger / fresher/ more even. Better than far pricier alternatives. Bought my own and never looked back! Instant results.

How transformative are we talking?
Transformative enough to deal with loose crepey skin on midriff? Would the Garnier help with that?
