How much are you supposed to use?
I have long (greying) hair which I wash every couple of days and usually blast dry with a dyson hairdryer and then plait at night. I have finally started using heat protector spray but I find it makes my hair feel crispy and dry..and it dries better without! \What am I doing wrong?!

Which one are you using? It sounds like you might be using too much.

Agree it sounds like you’re using too much - which type and brand are you using? They vary quite a lot in terms of how much to put on (eg I find you need to put on quite a few spritzes of Aussie stuff, but much less Tony and Guy)

Also do use a smoothing or setting serum or oil m afterwards to avoid frizziness. I particularly like Macadamia oil.

My current one is V05 ..have used whatever is on offer tho. I'll try with less spray and see if it helps!
(What WILL help is a decent haircut but they can't fit me in til the end of the month!!!)
