Comfy socks

I keep buying multi packs of socks from Marks and Spencer's but within about 3 months they start to get holes/ wear through.

Can anyone recommend somewhere to get an alternative please? They need to be suitable for wide feet and not too tight around the ankle. Where does everyone else buy their socks?
