Function of Beauty shampoo

Anyone used it? I keep seeing the FB ads for personalised shampoo and conditioner but £39 for the set is pretty steep! I would want it to make a noticeable difference to my hair, for that!

I tried it a while back. Smelled nice but didn’t do anything supermarket shampoos don’t. I also doubt it’s as customised as they make out, beyond your name being on the bottle. I didn’t reorder.

I had some delivered about a month ago (used fb offer that took it down to £30 for the set). I’ve just given it to my mum to see if it suits her - I didn’t really like it! Felt like me hair was noticeably greasier the day after washing. Smell was nice.

I got some the other week and it smelt nice, looked nice and made my hair turn out nice! I know it doesn’t work for everyone but I think you just have to know your hair very well and spend a lot of time on the customised part. My hair is shinier and thicker for sure, but it’s too soon to see if it’s grown.

I only really wash my hair every 2 days and I can't say i've noticed that i've needed to wash it more/less since swapping to FOB (I used Aussie before). Saying that I do use the L'Oreal purple hair mask as well so that helps I think, I'm pretty happy with it :)

Also the cost..yes its £39 but it lasts a crazy long time. Previously one bottle of Aussie shampoo and conditioner would last 2/3 weeks at the most..they're usually on offer for 3 for £10 (I'd get shampoo, conditioner and deep conditioner)

With FOB I get mine via their subscription every six months (And it lasts 6 months as well, it has a pump on the top, I use four pumps of shampoo and six of conditioner)

So £39 every six months for FOB
Or £20 twice a month (Which is £100/£120 over 6 months..)

I bought it about 2 years ago and I like the bottles, I like the fragrance and I like the idea... but honestly I didn’t find the shampoo great, no better than using a shampoo from boots, if anything my hair felt greasier. If I want heavily fragranced hair shampoo I’ll buy herbal essences. For the price I’d rather stick to olaplex/Philip Kingsley. So I didn’t repurchase.

I was glad I tried it though, I refill the bottles too because I like that they’re personalised.
