Ones that stay on your feet without bunching up . Thanks

Calvin Klein ones. You can usually get multi-packs in TK Maxx when it's open.

Annebronte · 08/04/2021 07:56

Sweaty Betty.

SpeckledyHen · 08/04/2021 11:18

Any more?

I have the recurring problem with slipping socks and have found the H&M ones to be fairly good!

LifeInAHamsterWheel · 08/04/2021 11:31

When they open, the Primark "sports" ones are fab. They come in a pack of 3 pairs are cheap as chips and as well as black and white they also do some nice colours (but only you will know, as you can't see them when you're wearing your shoes!) They are mesh but with full toe coverage. They are not to be confused with Primark's normal trainer sock range! It has to be the "sport" ones the other ones slip off.

I can't wait for them to open so I can re-stock!

AntennaReborn · 08/04/2021 11:51

@LifeInAHamsterWheel I came on to recommend the same!

It's the only thing I buy in Primark, and I have these socks in lots of colours now

I'm an avid gym-goer OP and have tried all sorts of premium brands, but these socks are the only ones I have ever tried which never slip under your heel. I have also worn them for long walks, they're fab!

Thank you all . I’ll try the Primark ones first , hope they have them in next week :)

Karimor have running socks which are amazing. Don't fall down and so comfy. They are the only socks I wear now. They have a thicker bit at the back to stop them slipping down.

LeaveItToWeaver · 08/04/2021 12:35

It's the Primark Sport Footies you want OP, they're sort of stretchy mesh fabric.

These are all I wear now

stance do lovely invisible trainer socks - they are a bit pricey but really last and stay on the feet

FreekStar · 08/04/2021 12:58

Bamboo ones are my favourite from Bam Clothing. They are nice and thick, stay on and nice colours.

WendyTestaburger · 08/04/2021 13:02

Uniqlo do a chunky marled one that's never let me down.

cherrytreecottage · 08/04/2021 13:21

I'm another one to rate the primark ones. I don't actually get the mesh ones but the "hidden" trainer socks and they come with rubber bits on the back and they genuinely never ping off or bunch up. Think they're like £2.50 a pack! Bargain!
I feel like I've tried all trainer socks that exist Grin and always go back to Primark!

MissDollyMix · 08/04/2021 13:31

Also recommend the Primark ones. Only problem I find is that the material is quite thin so they don’t last very long!

MintChocAddict · 08/04/2021 14:49

If you have a Home Bargains near you then the XT trainer socks are fab.

KoalaOok · 08/04/2021 17:18

Sketchers ones are pretty good.

SpeckledyHen · 08/04/2021 17:26

At this rate I will be buying dozens of pairs next Tuesday when I hit Oxford to shop! Thank you all .

I’ve bought these from M&S for years. They don’t budge. I’ve tried lots of different makes and these are great.

I started a thread just like this one last year. As a result I tried:
Primark ( but not the sport ones)
Sweaty Betty
Nike

All awful and slip.

I am currently trying Boden and so far they've stayed in place but it was only one day.
I might try the M and S ones too.

MustDust · 10/04/2021 07:12

I nearly started this same thread last week. I'm searching for the holy grail of trainer socks too. I can give you a list of ones not to bother with!

Literallynoidea · 10/04/2021 07:27

Sweaty Betty stay put.

I've just ordered some from White Stuff as I liked the colour.

RockaLock · 10/04/2021 08:16

The primark mesh ones were bunched up round my toes after about 20 steps. So they don't work for everyone!

Uniqlo are reasonable, although they still sometimes slip down. Quite thick material. They're only good for under trainers, though, as they come quite high up the foot.

Lupinhere37 · 10/04/2021 13:40

Best trainer socks I’ve ever had for staying put were Sainsbury’s TU own.
