Can you help me find the holy grail of T-shirts please?

I want a really decent T-shirt. Soft, won’t go bobbly.

I have big boobs so don’t want a very high, closed round neck but slightly looser fit round neck is fine. Or ideally, a bit wider neck (slash neck? Is that it?). I have a quite long body so not too boxy / short either.

Ideally soft colours - white, grey, soft pink. Some small detail is fine - like a small pocket or logo but nothing flashy. Minus points for sparkles or motivational slogans you’d find on a bit of driftwood in someone’s house.

Can anyone help? Willing to pay up to £500 and part with a kidney if it’s perfect.

I live in the Next ones at the moment. So comfy and good to have lots handy as weaning baby.

Lindex - they have a store in Westfield London- has the softest nicest v neck T-shirt’s plain in pastel colours . You can look them up online.

Quick question about Next sizing please - I'm a 12 or 14 depending on the store.

Do they come up big or small or 'normal' ?

How long are the Next ones? They look nice but I can't be doing with ones that are too short. They need to disguise my middle!

Matalan often have lovely basic t shirts, but Reiss and Next are my favourites. They last so long as well, even through scrubbing out stains. Poetry have some lovely tops but fit isn't great. I have taken them in to make them fit better though and they're some of my favourites now

Kettlewell have loads of colours and are great quality. They are also smart enough to wear for work (if that ever happens!). However, I've got small boobs so check out the reviews!

These are fantastic they are slightly longer I would say just below the hips fit like a glove and wash really well

Does anyone know how see through the next ones are in white? I don’t wear bras and find white can be tricky with nipples!

I’ve got the Next tshirt in white, and it’s fine with my nude bra, but I can’t imagine it being thick enough to wear with no bra at all.

Not sure if you can still get them, but as a size 12ish with dd/e boobs, Oasis & Warehouse t-shirts are my faves for price & good enough quality for a couple/few years plus lots of colours/patterns. Admittedly I've not been shopping in about 13 months though... 😉 good luck!

I am large if norm and love these - the capped sleeves mean your top half doesn't look boxy.
