Anyone else find the Zara website annoying? I find it tricky to navigate around, never sure if the page has loaded properly or if it's mean to be that way and it's 'arty'.

It's not arty, it's just effing confusing!

Maybe it's a sign that I'm too old for their stuff!!

I agree, it's rubbish. So difficult to find things I want. App is not much better either!

MrsMaizel · 05/04/2021 16:44

I cannot stand it ! It drives me insane plus they are all 8 foot 6 inches tall !

ConiferGate · 05/04/2021 16:45

Me! I hate it! Never know if something has loaded then click back and lose all my filters Angry

kirkandpetal · 05/04/2021 16:46

Good, I am not alone. Am looking at it now and there is more white emptiness on the page than there are clothes.

Yes! I looked yesterday and gave up. It's very off-putting. Too much like hard work. Impossible to find any clothes etc . To be honest I find the shops are also difficult to navigate. Maybe that's the way they like it but I'd be interested to see if a lot of people buy online via the website and how they manage to find what they want.

OwlBasket · 05/04/2021 16:47

Yes. Damned annoying. I thought it was my age too but DD (13) and various colleagues in their 20s all agree. It’s pants.

Such a shame, it’s a rare day I don’t buy anything if I’m able to get to one of their actual shops.

kirkandpetal · 05/04/2021 16:48

True, the shops are a bit haphazard. Seems like a distant memory!!

I'll always remember going In there years ago to look at their tiny (ie 3 things total) maternity range. I could t find it. Asked where it was and got told it was 'seasonal' so they don't always have stuff. Silly me being pregnant in the wrong season!!

I persist as I like quite a lot of their clothing, but it's not an easy, pleasant online shopping experience!!

theworldsbiggestcrocodile · 05/04/2021 17:30

It's shocking. And their returns seem to be very hard to do. Love lots of The clothes, can't be arsed with their online at all.

SummaLuvin · 05/04/2021 17:34

I love their clothes. And I love that they post things with pretty much no plastic. But I HATE their website, never browse on it, I normally only order if there’s something I had seen in store or on someone else.

AnaisB · 05/04/2021 18:27

Not just you. Their site is a nightmare.

Palaver1 · 05/04/2021 18:38

A complete nightmare and to be honest their clothes aren't that great anymore either.
The customer service is awful they almost seem to pride themselves on their non welcoming attitude in their shops.
