Your go to tinted face moisturiser/BB cream?

With the nicer weather making a comeback I'd like some recommendations for some tinted moisturisers or BB creams to use rather than foundation.

I like something that evens out my skin tone, and leaves me with a dewy glow!
I don't suffer too much with blemishes, mainly redness on my chin or around my nose.

My usual would be Boots No7 tinted moisturiser.

BB creams I tend to find leave me looking quite orange!

Sounds like you need bb cushion compact foundation! Less well known here but everywhere in Korea - they're lightweight, easy to apply and depending on which ones you choose, have a variety of skincare elements thrown in (SPF50, anti-ageing, pore/sebum control etc). I've been using Laneige for years.

I use Beauty pie BB cream currently. I have to have fair, light and medium and make my own colour pallet using those three shades throughout the year. Fine as they are cheap at £6 each.

Before I was doing beauty pie and looking to max my value on that I would use Laura Mercier or Nars tinted moisturiser (both oil free).

I have a couple

My oldest and most faithful is the Nivea BB cream - it’s amazing- light, moisturising and good colour for me and soooooo cheap!

Also have Chanel tinted moisturiser which is lovely, did buy some Terry stuff too, which gives an amazing finish

I use he Beautypie tinted SPF in fair. Similar to the laura mercier one

VanGoghsDog · 05/04/2021 16:07

I like the Laura Mercier one.

DeadCertain · 05/04/2021 16:07

NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturiser is gorgeous. Pricey, but a little goes a long way. I also like the Aldi one.

Nars TM
is so lovely and dewy and has a gorge texture and a bit more coverage than most

I didn’t get on with the Laura mercier one

The other one is Mac face and body although not technically a TM

Have you considered a skin tint? They are thin in texture but have coverage
The Morphe 2 is nice and I’ve heard good things about the new fenty one

I second Nivea tinted moisturiser. It gives me a lovely even glow. I've used it for years

stealingbeauty · 05/04/2021 21:07

I recently purchased the No7 BB cream for oily skin. I love it.

Volcanoexplorer · 05/04/2021 22:25

I love the Clinique bb gel. The one where you add in the cartridge for your skin concern. It gives a wonderful glow, like you’ve had a few days in the sun. It adjusts to your skin tone. It is ever so slightly orangey though so probably wouldn’t suit if you’re very very fair.

An M&S own brand tinted moisturiser works brilliantly for me, even tone and not at all heavy.

NewHeights · 05/04/2021 22:44

Whichever you go with, it is always worth wearing a light SPF50 moisturiser underneath on both your face and neck.

doadeer · 05/04/2021 22:50

I like glossier tint. I use beauty Spf primer underneath

Beauty Pie*

I love tinted moisturisers and bb creams. At the moment I'm using L'oreal skin paradise tinted water cream and I really do like it. First day I wore it to work I had so many "you look well!" comments. I also like the Laura mercier and Nars ones also recommended by other.

HelenHywater · 07/04/2021 13:10

I have used Laura Mercier for years and have loved it. The most recent purchase though seems to have changed its formulation (or hopefully is just a one off) and I have a lovely orange face as a result.

I'm trying the Nars next.

Beauty Pie. It's lovely. I like a SUPER light effect though, so I mix it with my Beauty Pie Super Healthy Skin cream to apply.
