I use it, can't say I'm blown away! Thinking of cancelling my subscription. I joined because I seem to like pricier skincare stuff which is unfortunate as I'm not earning! I don't love any of their products though, whereas I adore Clinique, Chanel and YSL. I miss those, so think I'll just save up to buy the brands I know I love. The novelty of BP has worn off, and there's not much choice of product. Also, they rank their reviews by "highest first" by default - switch to "most recent" to get a clearer indicator of product reception.

You have to be selective. I like the shower gel, eye cream and serums. I’m not particularly impressed with the make up. Oh, and the scented candles are good.

Like the retinol skincare and the Bobbi Brown dupe lipsticks and really difficult to find matt eye palettes and intensive hair conditioner. All good.
Didn't rate candles or skin serums bath oil or cleansers.
However during the lockdowns it has been a great way of getting products.
Once you add on delivery it's not great value
Beautifully packaged .
Would prefer less packaging and cheaper prices .
Also stock levels dire recently.
My DH refers to it as Posh Avon [ hmm ]

I like the foundation and vitamin c serum. The shower oil is lovely.

How does the subscription thing work though

I love it, the products are very high quality. I have a £5 per month subscription which gives me a £50 per month spending allowance and I let this roll over and then order a few bits.

The £50 is on their 'rrp' though so say if there is a serum with a rrp of £50 which actually costs £15, you'd use all your allowance that month when you've actually just spent £15 + postage (3.50 ish) + your fiver subscription.

Some people find this a bit off putting but once you get it you can work out the true cost to you. For example I have bought one of their moisturisers which is rrp £100 but costs £15 to buy. This also costs me another £10 in two months subscription payments plus postage. So when I'm using it and weighing up whether to repurchase I'm thinking is this worth £25-30? The answer is usually yes, as I say I've found the quality very good and I do believe that they are on a par or exceed most high end products.

There are a lot of YouTube reviews by experts you might know if you have time to look.

Normally I would say it is great but there is literally nothing in stock at the moment. Very annoying when you have built up a bit of spending money.
