Fading microblading: Can I remove the fading at home?

Microbladed just under 18 months ago and most colour has faded, but I am left with the back ground blur of colour.

I don't have money or time to commit to salon removal services, so am I just going to have to let them fade sloooowly for this last blurry but of colour or is there anything I can do at home to get rid of this last bit?
