Trainer socks sizing

Hi,anyone else a size 5? And do you size up to the 5-8 trainer socks or down to 2-5?

I can't work out what is best in the Nike ones. Thanks!

Thanks! I ordered some in the size up as the size down just seem to slip down on my feet in certain trainers. I can't work out if it is because they are too small! X
