Dress help needed please

I have a couple of weddings to go to this year and I need dress help please - I've looked everywhere! I'm looking for something roundabout knee length that covers my shoulders and preferably upper arms (I'm always cold) and I don't really want a jersey or drape fabric, would prefer something a bit stiffer. Either a dark or strong colour (black is fine too) and something I could wear again (not to a wedding). FWIW I'm 5'4", size 12-14 with big boobs and chunky legs, and will probably wear low wedges or chunky boots with it. Thanks.

I bought a beautiful dark green dress, exactly as you describe from Collectif. Really good quality warm fabric and arm coverage. I am wearing it to a wedding in October.
