I know the service doesn't suit everyone, but if you are like me and in a bit of a fashion rut, it can be a useful way to haul your arse out of it. And to be honest I just love getting the boxes and pulling out the lovely clothes
This time I had a preview and they showed me 8 things I could choose 5 from. I only chose two of these, so the other three items were a surprise. You can have all surprises if you want, and can exclude categories, set prices, choose colours and give loads of info re your preferences and body shape.
-
In Wear Rinda Blouse in sky blue. It's a beautiful colour and feels really nice on.
- Editors Cut Cathy Wide Leg Trousers. These are own brand, slightly cropped, drawcord waist, navy blue. Really nice trousers that will be comfy enough to wear whilst working from home, but smart enough to wear out and about too. I probably wouldn't wear cropped trousers to my office but it's pretty corporate (legal)
- Daphne Mauvette Angel Sleeve Top. This was on the preview and I loved it straight away. Another own brand. It's a blue and red ditsy floral print, v neck (not too low) and the most beautiful short sleeves that are all billowy and floaty. I absolutely adore this and have asked if they have it in other designs in my feedback to SF.
- Editors Cut Indie Button thru cupro top. This own brand was also on the preview so I chose it, knowing I like cupro. I know some people don't like the feel of it but it feels cosy to me and it's better for the environment I believe. It's navy so goes well with the trousers. A simple top I will wear lots.
- Finally, this cotton Brakeburn dress which I was in two minds about. It's a great length and is fully lined. I wasn't sure about the tie waist. However, when I did the sums, I was getting it for free as you get a 20% discount if you keep everything, so I did keep it and am glad I did
