Trainers for cankles

I have wide ankles and calves and look quite bizarre in most trainers. I like the look of the Nikes etc that And other Stories have in stock but I didn’t look nice in any last time I tried them.
I need a rounded back so they don’t rub on the cankles, but I prefer the toes not to be too rounded.
Are there any fashionable trainers you could recommend to me.

I have cankles and I find that I need a trainer or shoe that didn’t come too high up at the front (e.g. a long tongue). So the bit of foot on display gives the illusion of a longer ankle. For summer I really like my Superga flatforms but they don’t have a padded back. Vans have similar proportions. Converse are a flat no.

I have found Adidas superstars better than Stan Smiths (but they have a rounded toe) and for Nike I like Air Max Ones and Airforce 1 shadows (specifically shadows for the slightly flatform proportions). I have recently and quite counter intuitively got some Nike blazer 77 mids and they seem to work. Maybe because the shoe as a whole isn’t bulky and it covers my cankle more.
