Great Products, Poor Packaging

I had another failed attempt to use my REN Atlantic Kelp Anti-Fatigue Body Cream today.

When I can get some the product out of the bottle, it's lovely to use, just like the rest of the range. However, its packaging really lets it down.

The cream is too thick to come of the pump it is supplied with. You can get a few little dots of cream out of the pump and then it gives up. So then I take the pump out and try to get it out of the neck of the bottle. The neck is too narrow to reach in and scoop it out and the bottle is too hard to squeeze it out.

It needs to be in a tub really, then I'd use it all the time! Is this just me or do others have products you like but have a major packaging fail?

I like laura geller products and the packaging is fine but feels cheap considering it's not that cheap and QVC sell it alongside higher end brands.

I love Nuxe body lotion and shower gel but the rigid plastic packaging means you can never empty the tube.

I have another. Armani under eye corrector, seems like there's quite a bit in there but I can't get to it with the applicator.
