Talk to me about 'loungewear'!

My ds is a swimmer.
We still won't be able to go inside pools when he returns to swimming.

I'm thinking some comfy loungewear for dropping off and collecting would be good as easy and comfy.

Reason being some days I'm taking him at 5.30am and other days it's evenings but I change when I'm home from work as work in Special school.

If I could have a few mix and match comfy items that I can wear out and about and not be caught in my pyjamas I think that would be ideal?

So firstly style people is this acceptable 'outdoor' in car wear and if so any suggestions of where to buy?

I'm 5"7 and size 14-16

Sounds like a great idea. What's your budget? Have you looked at Hush? Lots of comfy fancy joggers.

I should add I don't take him in my pyjamas and never have Grin

And I want to get up and change into this loungewear until I shower and dress for work and put it on after work until I need my night wear!

Lots of shops have upped their loungewear offering during lockdown do you should be able to find something suitable. I like the M&S range, as well as Hush and H&M.

I have no idea what it costs?

I usually buy next or matalan for clothes because they last but happy to look anywhere and pay more for right items because he swims 7 times a week - so they'll get well worn Grin

The m and s range looks great - thanks! They do packs of 2 t shirts, lounge bottoms and even dresses (summer eves this would be great) and jumpers. Can mix and match easily, be comfy and practice and I imagine it washes and drys quick too which will help!

I'll have a look at other shops now

I just bought a really cosy M&S hoody, washed brilliantly and they have matching bottoms. Definitely a good place to look.
