Has anyone signed up to this? It’s all over my Instagram feed but the website looks a little makeshift? The before and afters could be filler liquid facelifts iyswim. Anyone paid for the course and found results? If so, how complicated/time consuming are the face exercises?

Hi Op I’ve not tried that brand of FE so I can’t speak for their efficacy. but I have been doing Eva Fraser and lately, Ageless If You Dare for many years. Both are available as books I believe though when I first bought Ageless it was a download that cost about £20. The Eva book was under £10. But if you google them you will see loads of free exercises featured in press write ups. Eva also has a free one on her website - it’s the one I did first and after a month i noticed my jowls were a lot better and cheeks fuller. Even better if that’s the only one you ever do you’ll be happy! They really do work and the effect is not unlike filler - but instead of filler you have muscle pulling everything back up
