Post lockdown fashion spree!

Anyone else having a post lockdown spending spree? I feel the need to emerge in spring colours and feel a refresh of the wardrobe is needed- out with the lounge-wear; in with floaty floral dresses!

Lovely quality dresses, designed to be very comfortable and forgiving to my lockdown tummy!

Yes I looked at boden but wasn't keen on any of the colours or prints.
There was a lovely one from seasalt, but sold out. I like a neat fit because I am only five foot, but a size 16.
Oversized and long doesn't do me any favours. I like darker colours, but am trying avoid black and navy (as that's what I have). This seems to rule out 90% of what is on offer!
I might just start making my own.

Ooh I love this thread. I’ve been looking for some bits too. That Dorothy Perkins dress is so lovely. I’m only 5ft2 and I think it would make me look like I was wearing my Mum’s clothes! Need to find smaller items!

My haul (denim jumpsuit, denim dungaree, jeans, wide leg violet trousers, bright blazer and camel trousers = €170) was a success. The blazer is a bit flimsy but everything fits perfectly and the 7/8 violet trousers are full length on my 5ft2. Result, and 6 months+ of clothes shopping sorted.

I've picked up 2 midi tiered dresses, one was TU and the other Tesco, both whilst doing a grocery shop 🤦🏽‍♀️

I still have things I bought last year which I never got chance to wear. I know it's daft saving things but it seemed a waste to wear stuff when I haven't gone anywhere. So I probably won't need a splurge but it'll be nice to go out and have a wander anyway.
