If money was no object what liquid hand soap would you keep in your kitchen and bathroom?

Daylesford fig leaf hand wash is pretty nice if you like that fresh greenhousey smell (it's on Ocado)

yellowsun · 27/03/2021 18:54

I love LA Bruket.

LimpLettice · 27/03/2021 19:30

Handmade in Harpenden Rhubarb and Black Plum. Was a Christmas gift and smells absolutely amazing.

faustina · 27/03/2021 19:41

For a liquid soap in the kitchen I have Tom Dixon London, and for the bath I use a bar of senspa - I think it's called 'relaxing' - but they both smell wonderful

gingerbiscuit19 · 27/03/2021 19:41

Neals yard

kirkandpetal · 27/03/2021 20:45

I live the Avalon Lavender one - available in Waitrose.

Also rate their own brand Ginger and Clementine. Often on offer.

DH refuses to own anything by Tom Dixon (which is unfortunate as he does some lovely things)

Rival designer syndrome

Liz Earle handwash is lovely. Smells delicious, really good on sensitive skin too. About £15.

Bairnsmum05 · 27/03/2021 20:58

Arran aromatics 😍

@vauxhalldiva

Aldi Abbott and Broome 60 p I have tried Aesop Molton Brown It's better. Can smell it all over the house .
It depends what you mean by better. The Aldi one is just synthetic fragrance and detergents. The Milton brown one gets its fragrance and moisturising factors from plants.
pitterpatterrain · 27/03/2021 21:08

Another one for Aesop here

Lanaa · 28/03/2021 08:06

Any of the Nesti Dante ones from Look Fantastic. Back when we could have guests, they always commented on it.

lookdeepintotheparka · 28/03/2021 09:18

Yy to Nesti Dante - gorgeous stuff!! I find most liquid handwash dries out my hands so much prefer a bar soap.

I buy a pack of the guest soaps which aren't cheap but lasts us a year. The scent when you open the box is incredible Smile

Do they do liquid soap? I love their bar soaps

Another vote for the Sophie Allport ones. Any of them. I've never been disappointed.

Look out for the half price in Waitrose.

AngeloMysterioso · 28/03/2021 12:07

Bayley’s of Bond St Wild Bluebell and Waterlily. It’s a bit pricier than say Carex but smells so good!

LaPampa · 28/03/2021 14:17

We use Bramley liquid hand soap (except for the sink where the kids wash their hands as it goes down too fast! They are using up all my old bar soaps that I unearthed during lockdown 1 when soap was harder to find). I buy it in 5L container and decant which makes it a bit cheaper.

Lanaa · 28/03/2021 21:56

Yes www.lookfantastic.com/nesti-dante-olive-oil-and-tangerine-liquid-soap-500ml/12077758.html There's loads on this website. I have it in my bathrooms. They are as lovely as the bar soaps.

IveNameChangedAgain2020 · 29/03/2021 01:00

Diptique Sens. Treated myself after we got the bathroom done. Absolutely best thing I've ever bought

You've just reminded me DH bought this brand once - I was a bit skeptical about it but the smell was incredible and it wasn't drying at all.

Just taken a look and you can get 6 x 500ml for £9 in Amazon at the mo (usually £18) Looks like the packaging is going through a revamp and they have a couple of other scents too.

NaughtyNell · 29/03/2021 06:20

I like the Italian liquid soap and the Savon de Marsielles liquid soap from TK Maxx

AngeloMysterioso · 29/03/2021 09:24

Wow @kirkandpetal thanks for the heads up, have just ordered some!
