If your hair changes colour with age, do you change season?
I had ginger hair as a child and through my 20s-30s.
After having DD it has gone quite dark, more a mid brown colour. I have highlights and put some red colour through it but I don't really feel like an autumn or spring anymore.
I have pale peachy skin with some freckles. I burn easily but tan in summer.
My eyes are greeny blue, quite bright and my lips are dark pink.

I just don;t know what season i am?? Can anyone help please?

Highly recommend a house of colour assessment, great fun apart from anything else to chat and experiment with drapes with someone interested in colour and finding what works for you. I've had a few different colour analyses done mostly out of sheer interest, and of the systems HoC have been the best. I had a catch up a couple of years ago as I didn't feel the right colours were working for me any more, I've got cooler and darker as I've got older, and I was right, I had shifted over in the season a bit and there were other colours now that were a better fit.

You won’t ever change season but you can change a bit within your season as you get older.

I've always been classic deep winter but with all white hair I'm now wearing more and more bright summer colours. It's the underlying skin tone that's key.

Another suggestion to have a HoC colour assessment. You won’t regret it and will save a fortune over the years by not making mistakes.

I had mine done donkeys years ago and a recent re-rate . You can’t change season, but your best colours can and do change with age . I suit more muted autumn shades now and not the brighter ones when younger .

Random strangers on a forum can’t possibly diagnose your colours for you .

Definitely sounds like I need expert help! I'll look into HoC.

What colours do you feel are your best/worst?

MsAnnFrope · 25/03/2021 22:01

I look great in deep green, olive green, blue green, teal. Awful in pastels except mint green.

Purple shows up any red patches in my skin.
Weirdly for someone warm (I think) I suit black
