is lumi spa/nu skin a mlm?

i keep seeing countless posts about this from a friend on facebook about the benefits of using one, and i’m quite interested but just wondering whether 1) it’s an mlm scheme, and 2) is it actually worth the near £200 price? i normally steer away from mlm products, but according to the woman this lumi thing is the only product like it in the uk? i currently use a cleansing brush and can’t see how the lumi spa is much different? i don’t want to message her asking about it and get sucked into spending a fortune on the entire kit because i can’t say no

Product itself makes unsubstantiated and overblown claims
Over priced and over hyped

If you’re really keen,Perhaps Buy a basic one eg Boots see how you get on?

Personally I don’t think skin needs that high level of exfoliating and it’s problematic and disruptive to skin

You can achieve good results with good product without a gadget at a gazillion going at a gazillion rpm

NuSkin is definitely an MLM. I had a distant friend posting never-ending pics of her amazing lifestyle, workplace and excited face as she opened the latest box of samples. It's all gone quiet now, which I assume means she saw the light.

I've had to delete a Facebook friend because I'm fed up of seeing videos of her washing her face, and pictures of how much dirt the machine has managed to rub off her skin. Yuck.

I love my Lumispa (and no I don’t sell it) and I also love the cleanser that came with it. It has made a massive difference to my skin, however it is hugely overpriced!

thank you, everyone. i definitely won’t be buying one then. i’ve never bought anything from an mlm and i’m not about to start now! the videoing of the face washing and showing the gunk covered machine must be a sales technique because the girl i know does exactly the same every single night.
