I have a lovely Seasalt waterproof (tin cloth, whatever that is!) and I came back from a walk the other day to find black paint on it. I've seen council vans going round sprucing things up and guess it's probably from them painting a rubbish bin. Not sure what type of paint that makes it.
Any ideas if/how I might be able to get this out?
Help!
