Sezane returns

Has anyone tried to return something to Sezane recently? It used to be easy because they would enclose a Collect+ label in the box. But with the last couple of orders there has nothing in the box but the clothes.

I have been trying and trying and trying to explain to them that I need to return something but have no return label and no working printer. They just keep telling me to register my return online and "stick the label on the box". What label? I don't have one! feel like crying with frustration, especially as the returns window is now nearly up. I have loved the things I've bought from them, but this has really put me off ordering again.

I have had this problem - I’ve emailed them and they’ve next day sent me a pdf label, but that only works for me as I have a printer!

I know I definitely just used the address given under returns (for Ireland in my case) and write it in the box and didn't pay. Worked fine. I find them very good.

Do you have a friend/ family member/ neighbour with a printer? Or office you can go into to print?

Unfortunately not, @Zeldaaa. My workplace office is still closed and printer-owning friends are not nearby.

Oh well... looks like I'm going to be shopping for a belt to hold my too-large trousers up!

If you are in a city, lots of printers are open. Otherwise, just write the address by hand and get proof of postage.

Collect Plus will print the label for you - if you go to the drop off point they scan your returns barcode (that the sender should give you - do you have a barcode on the returns label from Sézane?) and print it all out and stick it on for you.

Can anyone tell me - can you even order Sezanne to the UK at the moment? I tried the other day and there was no option to deliver to a UK address?!

There is an issue with seeing where to down the label in some browsers. It’s very annoying and their website is a bit crap anyway. I think I used Chrome in the end, then went back in to the my returns section on the site and could then click it.

This is an issue on the mobile website
I found that by logging in and out or changing currencies you can see the pound again but it’s quite annoying. It drove me mental as I had clothes in the basket and didn’t want to lose them.
Try using the mobile app instead. It’s got a couple of glitches but works better
Does anyone get stock notifications? I’ve never received a single one and not sure what’s the difference between that and the wishlist
