Recommend skincare for my 9 year old

Hi, 9 year old DD had been getting really bad spots for the last few months, angry under the skin ones particularly on her nose. We've tried changing with Cetaphil but think she may need something stronger. Any recommendations please? Or should I ask the GP?

Sorry should be cleaning with Cetaphil

My ds is slightly older but uses CeraVe for his teenage skin. You can get from Boots.

I also use it, my skin flares up as it is very sensitive but CeraVe is very gentle and doesn't cause me any issues.

Thanks @OnTheBenchOfDoom I'll give it a go

Cetaphil leaves a horrible film on your skin.

Use Cerave SA it's much better with a clean flannel daily

And yes see the GP. you can send in a photo which we did.
My DD 13 was prescribed lymecycline antibiotics which cleared most of it up within 3 months. And used acenide 5% topically alongside

Thanks @FlyingByTheSeatof I'll follow up with GP too

Yy to seeing the dr. Acne is very treatable and not something you need to suffer.

I’ve yet to meet a female gp with bad skin.
