I’m a very good customer of Hush’s (Hushes!?) I do really like the clothes and spend a lot of money - especially in lockdown (why, I have no idea! I’ve nowhere to wear these nice clothes!)
Anyway, I usually keep everything as I do tend to like the stuff and I also hate sending things back (lazy). I made a large order which I duly received but didn’t like one of the items which I sent back. This is the first time I’ve returned anything. It was a dress costing £110 - so not cheap! I posted it at the local PO on 25-02-21 and I still haven’t had a refund!
I emailed them on 09-03 with a copy of the proof of return and received a (slight p.a. I thought) reply about how “oh, you shouldn’t be panicking just yet - you must allow at least 10 days for returns to be processed and don’t forget you will be covered by your proof of postage - and we are very very busy”. Ok. So I waited another week and emailed again yesterday morning - I’ve just looked and have no reply. Ive never received an acknowledgment of the item having been returned. I mentioned in the email yesterday that I’m a very good customer of theirs - I think this is what’s annoying me the most - I’ve spent thousands with them and they don’t seem to give a stuff.
So what do I do now? I sent a parcel back to boden on the same day and received my refund 3 days later! I will also be very annoyed if they are going to expect me to chase the money from the PO - surely this should be their issue to deal with when I’ve provided proof I returned it?
Has anyone else had this experience from Hush?
