Branded Girls Sport Leggings - extra slim

My DD is perfectly in proportion but is really slim. She wants branded sport leggings (Adidas/Nike etc). Her waist is 18 inches and I can only find leggings starting at 24 inches. Any advice?

My girls are really slender and we find the Hollister Gilly Hicks range a good fit ... not a sports brand though.

Kids Nike or Adidas? Agree with Hollister or Jack Wills. Not sports brands but good for quality athleisure.

So it turns out i was measuring with a Chinese tape measure! Chinese inches are different to British!!!

Adidas ladies leggings start at a size XXS, which is a 4-6. They are tiny - my DD was wearing them at 11 yrs old, and she's not tall or wide. (She is curvy-ish, with a bum but tiny waist).
