Anyone own a ghd glide?

That can tell me if this looks normal? I've bought a second hand one off eBay that was described as near new and hardly used. Is this just how the bristles go after use or is it damaged/dirty?

That looks dirty to me, but I don't have one!

MrsW85 · 16/03/2021 07:14

I'm sure mine are all black. I'll have a check and reply.

Lola001 · 16/03/2021 07:54

That doesn't look right to me :-(

mohairmoproblems · 16/03/2021 09:28

Yeah it's a bit gross if nothing else. Should I ask to send it back? I've never returned anything on eBay.

Yes that looks rotten. I've just looked at mine. Those prongs are the ones that heat up so are more of a grey than black but mine is over a year old and no where near as dirty as that. It looks like it's been used with loads of product on the hair.

BeaLola · 16/03/2021 20:17

I have one - I have probably used it 5-6 times and all the bristles/prongs are black

The picture one looks dirty

I have one I use 3-4 times a week, have had it nearly a year and the prongs are still black on mine.
