Argh! I’ve always had a couple pale white spots on two of my healthy, but slightly yellowing now they’re middle-aged, front teeth, but they didn’t really show up. After using my expensive moulded whitening trays from the dentist - no cowboy stuff, wanted to do it properly - I’ve taken them off and found the white spots are dazzling white and my surrounding teeth look basically the same. It looks awful
. I’ve googled it and the internet seems split between ‘keep going, it will even out in the end’, or ‘you will have to have the white spots ground off the enamel’. Ugh, I wish I’d never done it now, it looks horrible. I don’t dare use the trays again and am hoping it might fade away?? Has this happened to anyone else?
