What shoes should I wear with this dress?

I have just received this dress. I intend to wear it over white T-shirts, possibly Breton stripes tops.
But I have no idea what shoes to wear. I feel I am too old for the dress + trainers combo. What are the alternatives?

Heeled short boots. Long boots. It’s styled casually so I think low leather trainers would be fine. Chunkier heeled pumps or even Doc Martins?

I'd probably wear that with flat Mary-Janes, ankle boots or trainers.

Clogs are in at the moment and would look good with that. If you like clogs, of course.

I’d wear with white plimsolls, or a chunky heeled sandal.
