I really need a T-shirt with sleeves like this

I need a couple of T-shirt’s in white and black but I’m really fussy about what kind of sleeves they have, shorter and tighter sleeves just don’t work for me at all. I’d like one with sleeves similar to this but I’m not sure what to search for, any ideas? The sleeves don’t have to to quite as floaty as this pic but I want them to be elbow length and fairly wide. Has anyone seen any similar? I don’t want boxy oversized T-shirt’s, and I want a crew neck. Thanks!

I think this is more of a blouse than a T-shirt.

Sometimes I think it’s referred to as a fluted sleeve though that seems to cover a lot of different things.

Pretty sure they're either called Kimono sleeve or flutter sleeve. You'll be able to do a search on the big sites like Next or ASOS or Very.

Ted Baker calls them kimono sleeves. There are a few tops in that style, but they are 'tops' rather than t-shirts...

I have this and the white one from John Lewis and though they aren’t as long as the sleeves in your link, they are loose and flattering. They don’t come in black though.
