Help please! Where is this dress from?

I was watching A Taste of Italy, and Nisha Katona was wearing the dress in the photos attached, and I’ve fallen in love with it!

It’s midi length, with a deep v neckline and full length sleeves. It features a gorgeous print in blue, reminiscent of feather or fish scale detail.

Please can you help me in finding it/where it was from? Thanks everyone.

All Saints Nichola Plume dress (Google lens did the work) can't see it in stock anywhere but I didn't look that hard.
