Ebay purchase - brand new sample

Hi, I’m just after some views to see if this is to be expected. I purchased a Boden top from eBay. Listing specified “brand new sample “. I received the top today. It is very pretty, although quite wrinkled. The composition is 100% viscose, so I guess to be expected. What I find strange is other than a small label with the size there is no composition label, product label and nothing that tells me it’s a Boden top..
I’ll keep it anyway, but is this normal/to be expected? Seller’s reviews are all good.

Whenever I've bought samples this has been the case. They aren't labelled up as they aren't supposed to be sold.
