Shampoo for itchy sore scalp AND coloured hair?

I think I’m after the holy grail of shampoos - the psoriasis on my scalp has been playing up lately but I’m reluctant to use the usual shampoos as they tend to strip hair colour. I’ve only recently coloured my hair again for the first time in a while and want to keep it looking nice for as long as possible. Can anyone recommend a shampoo for me please that will help my poorly scalp and keep my colour?

Head and shoulders does a colour version

Only one that works for me is the ginger shampoo from The body shop. Well that and t gel but as I’m sure You know that just strips the colour. I can’t use any other shampoo or bars sadly or I’m a giant flakey, itchy mess. Plus side is the ginger shampoo lasts ages as you don’t need much.

My son has psoriasis too and manages with head and shoulders, they now do a colour safe version.

Coal tar shampoo in a brown bottle once a week was ok on mine.

I've been using e45 shampoo for around months. Doesn't seem to affect highlights any more than a colour safe shampoo and the only shampoo that doesn't make my scalp itch.

Redken do an anti dandruff shampoo that is colour friendly but it won’t tackle a really irritated scalp. For that you’ll need to use something like Nizarol. I have red dyed hair so I’m wary of the colour leeching properties of most dandruff shampoos. What I tend to do is use Nizarol a week or so before colouring as it sorts everything out. I then use the Redken as a preventative.

For a similar scalp problem
I used aveeno shampoo. It was very gentle so might be ok with the colour.

L'Oréal low shampoo. Cured my itchy dry scalp after trying practically every product on the market. The red bottle is for coloured hair. It's non-foaming so it takes a bit of getting used to but it turns out it was the foaming agent irritating me and that is in even the swanky scalp protecting shampoos.

I have psoriasis and coloured hair. I have been using nioxin for itchy scalp. It’s amazing.
