Ingrown hair on my cheek

Hi, does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of an ingrown hair on my face please? I am very squeamish so look for a quick & easy solution. Tweezers aren't helping. Thank you.

I'd rub it gently with a face cloth on freshly washed warm skin for a few days and failing that I would prise it out with a sterilised needle.
