Wide Iron Hair straighteners.

I am looking for some advice on some wide-plated hair straighteners. I have had some GHD classics for about ten years now, but I have much longer hair than I used to so I am wanting to go wide-plated this time. I like the look of the new GHD Max ones, but I am a bit hesitant due to the price of £179, cloud nine is offering a similar price of £159 with a better gift package
Can anybody recommend some wide-plated straighteners, please?

I have Remington wide plate straighteners and have also used and liked the results from Kipozi ones. I have a lot of thick wavy hair. Around the thirty quid mark so you aren't risking much!
