Replacement handbag straps

Where can I find really good quality ones that can replace the strap of a Mulberry handbag? Please don't suggest I contact Mulberry as their customer services are not helpful at all.

I have bought replacement straps on ebay, although not for bags as high end as Mulberry. But you can get decent leather straps that way. If you search for leather bag strap they you can filter the search down by colour etc.

Maybe try Etsy - there's lots of individuals selling handcrafted leather goods - bags purses etc. If you contacted one they would make you a bespoke strap perhaps.

Yoox.com has a nice selection, many very high-end (Gucci, Fendi, etc.). Look in the Accessories section under 'Gift Ideas and Occasions'.
