Quick Q - Victoria secrets bra

Got a push up bra, my normal size is 34d, but feel the cup is a bit big. If I change to a c cup, do I need to change the strap length also? It just order 34C...confused 🤔 thanks

Straps, or band?

If the band sits horizontally across your back and the bit between the cups sits flush against your chest, then your band size is probably fine. It should feel supportive though: 80% of the bra's work should be done through the band.

If it was just the cup that was too big, them just drop the cup size. However, you may still have gaps/ unfilled cups if the cup shape is no good for you. So you'll have to pick a different shape.

(Eg I can very rarely buy plunge bras, as my boobs are quite middle heavy and "fall out" through the low bit through the middle when I move. A balcony in the same size usually fits me no bother)

Thanks so much.
Yes meant the band. Band is perfect. Just the cup feels like too much coverage for what I wanted.
