I really like Krissy and her YouTube videos, and I need to get fit, preferably at home as I'm always pressed for time (and I hate the gym!).
But - I'm in my mid-fifties and not sure if this is the most suitable App for someone my age. Does anyone of a similar age have any experience with Krissy's regime?
