L'Oreal root spray stain warning

The nozzzle of my L'Oreal root spray is blocked and has sprayed my wall and down the new white top I was wearing. The wall I can paint but, nothing will get the stain out the top! It washes out of hair so I didn't realise it would be so difficult. It is a cotton top. I have tried vanish, a 90 degree wash and have bleached it overnight. So beware!

It’s a good product, but I’ve been caught out with overspray often.

Now I use a dark grey flannel to cover my face/hairline, plus a big grey bath towel around my shoulders (over my clothes). I also do it over the porcelain sink. There’s always brown ‘dots’ to clean up afterwards.

It gets on your fingers too. Not only if it clogs.

It really is annoying, but nothing else I’ve found covers greys as finely and in such a naturally ‘blended’ way. It’s fab for filling in any areas of thinner hair too. Never realised that was going to hit me in middle age!
