Waterproof trainers

Can anyone recommend where to purchase some PE trainers in child's size 13, that don't let the water in when playing on wet grass please?

I got these back for child back in September when it was trainers for main school shoes.

Sketchers- not cheap through but have done daily wear since September and no leaks.

The do need to be left to dry out from sweaty feet though .
