Boden Richmonds, what’s the sizing like?

Specifically the 7/8 length.

I’m looking for a pair of ankle trousers for spring and I’m struggling to find any I like the look of more than the Richmonds. They’re a bit ‘smarter’ than I would ideally like but I haven’t found a more casual pair in that sort of fit. Also, 20% off is tempting me!!!

I used to like Gap Bi-stretch but a) I’m trying to avoid Gap and b) the last pair I had felt oddly synthetic and hot even though they were only cotton (and elastane obv for the stretch)

I’m a 10 in hush, an 8 in Gap (massive), would I be a 10 in Boden? I bought a top from Boden recently and was a Medium in that.

Any Richmond fans?

I think the sizing is generous so try an 8. I find them incredibly stretchy. Seem to have that 4 way stretch

I assume they’re flattering? Not exactly cutting edge obv but do they look nice on? I’m tall...

I bought the non 7/8 length ones and they were a tighter fit.

But the 7/8 are very generous.

I found they were too long not really 7/8 length.

Same. I'm 5ft6 with a 30 inch leg measurement (pretty average) and found them too long
